Spend about three hours at Skansen Smaków, a log-cabin-style restaurant outside Krakow. Watch professional dancers perform regional Polish dances, eat sour rye soup, pork chop, apple pie, and a large buffet of Polish foods, with beer and wine included. Bus pickup leaves Kiss&Ride opposite Dietla 7 at 18:45.

“They offer transport by bus but we drove. Parking was not a problem but the lot is small so arrive early if you’re driving. The show was lovely. Just enough entertainment before food was served, giving everyone time to eat peacefully. The food was also very good. There’s PLENTY. After receiving plates they also open a buffet. I had already eaten enough so I didn’t get to sample the buffet but it looked delicious. They offer options for special diets (e.g. vegetarian or no pork) just let them know in advance. There was more entertainment after the main course including a sing-along…lots of fun!!”

“We wanted something a bit different and we got it. Here, we found the perfect balance of tradition, excitement, schmaltziness, and cheesiness. Warning - this is a drive from Krakow; it felt like 30-45 minutes on the bus. Once there, you are not eating right away... so don't wait all day to eat at this dinner. The restaurant is set up family style and the entertainment happens in the middle of the floor. There are better seats... those seated on the sides have very obstructed views. The dancing was fantastic. The music was strong. Everyone was happy. And the food - it comes in waves... but the best is set…”
